Reebok offers a stronger warranty (Lifetime frame, 1 year parts and labor), has more preset workout programs, a higher weight limit, sturdier frame... Really the only advantage we could find for the Multisports Elliptix ECT-6200L elliptical machine was that it's lighter than the Reebok RL 1500. That's not necessarily a good thing when you're looking for a solid eliptical machine with that professional gym feeling. Overall, this was the easiest elliptical machine review / comparison we've ever done.
