What research says Comments online about SIRIUS and XM radios ranged from extremely happy to outright disappointment for both brands. The quality of SIRIUS seems to be related to the hardware used, rather than any customer service or satellite signal. Once SIRIUS and XM merge, perhaps the XM units will be upgraded to SIRIUS quality.
