Maybelline's Volum Express Waterproof Mascara does exactly what it says it does. The specially designed brush separates and puts the mascara on evenly. It does not leave clumps and makes the lashes thicker and fuller.

Both of these mascaras rated very high and were found to be great products. They differ a little in brush design and ingredients but overall are the same. The only real difference is the price. The Maybelline is one dollar more for 0.06 ounces less mascara. For this reason we chose CoverGirl over Maybelline in the review for Editor's Pick.
