What research says

Boost's diabetic beverage helps to avoid sudden glycemic spikes with drinking ordinary milk type beverages. The taste could be better but it's not bad or intolerable. Boost is filling and does give you the convenience and nutrition you need in your busy life.

The Glucerna Diabetic Shake is really great tasting and will give you the nutrients and vitamins you need without causing any sudden spikes in your blood glucose levels. Although it does taste better than its rival, it also has more carbs, and less protein at 10 grams a serving.

I've had both Glucerna and the Boost drinks and in my opinion the Glucerna tastes better - at least the strawberry. I didn't know they made butter pecan!

Ken said:

isn't it strange that they all claim to be for diabetic comsumers but they all contain a good amount of sugar.

have tried both. can't really tell if one is a better product; but Glucerna edges out BOOST in the taste category.
